Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and target-driven Overseas Education Counsellor with expertise in multiple destinations including UK, Ireland, Germany, Europe, and Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, application handling experience, and the ability to convert leads effectively.Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end counselling for students applying to NZ, Australia, Germany, Europe, and Dubai.
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
Guide students on admission requirements, SOP/LOR basics, and documentation.
Support students with visa guidance and process understanding.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads through CRM systems.
Achieve monthly targets and ensure high conversion rates.
Stay updated with policy changes, visa rules, and market trends.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in overseas education counselling.
Strong knowledge of at least 2–3 of the mentioned destinations.
Experience in handling applications and documentation processes.
Target-oriented and comfortable with sales closures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
