Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, based in Delhi. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students about educational and career pathways, managing the admissions process, and building strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Day-to-day tasks will include providing personalized counseling, addressing inquiries, assisting with application processes, and collaborating with the admissions team to achieve student enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively guide and build relationships with students and parents
- Customer Service expertise to address inquiries and provide support throughout the admissions process
- Experience in Sales and the ability to engage with prospective students and support enrollment strategies
- Solid understanding of the education industry and processes, including global educational opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales roles is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
