Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor at our Haldwani location. As a Senior Admissions Counselor, you will drive the admissions process by engaging with prospective students and their families to understand their needs and guide them in selecting suitable training programs. You will assist in providing educational advice, resolving inquiries, and supporting enrollment targets. The role also involves maintaining communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and verbal communication skills to establish rapport with students and families
- Proficient customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience in sales and an ability to meet enrollment targets
- Understanding of the education and training sector
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local and English languages is a plus
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and guide others
