Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage day-to-day admissions processes, assist prospective students with applications, and provide guidance on educational programs and career pathways. The role also involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, and educational institutions, while contributing to the development of strategies to improve admissions and enrollment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication to engage with students, families, and institutional representatives effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding client requirements to improve the student experience
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet enrollment targets while maintaining quality counseling practices
- Background or knowledge in Education to ensure guidance aligns with academic and career goals
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve admissions processes and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle a diverse range of responsibilities efficiently
