Role Description

As a Senior Admissions Counselor, your responsibilities will include identifying prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience. The role involves advising students and families, conducting interviews, delivering presentations, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals. You will ensure that applicants receive accurate and timely information while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in providing customer service and assisting prospective students or clients through the application process
- Experience in sales and relationship-building strategies, with a strong ability to engage and influence people
- Familiarity with education systems, admission processes, and academic counseling
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Marketing, or Communication
- Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer relationship management is preferred
