About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Admissions Counselor to join Cambridge Veritas®.
- In this role, you will guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey, helping them identify the most suitable professional certification based on their career goals.
- You will manage enquiries, conduct consultations, handle objections ethically and convert qualified prospects into successful enrolments.
- This is a target-driven role suited to experienced professionals who enjoy consultative selling, learner engagement and delivering an outstanding admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners and understand their career goals and learning needs.
- Conduct audio/video counselling sessions and programme consultations.
- Facilitate leads through Cambridge Veritas® programmes clearly and accurately.
- Build trust through consultative and ethical admissions counselling.
- Handle objections confidently without unnecessary discounting or pressure.
- Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules and learner notes.
- Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Build and manage a healthy admissions pipeline through strong prospects and structured follow-up.
- Work closely with the academic and learner support teams to ensure an excellent learner experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in admissions, inside sales or learner counselling in a B2C environment.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue or admissions targets.
- Experience selling professional courses, certifications or education programmes is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and communicate confidently with teachers, trainers and working professionals.
- Strong objection-handling and consultative sales skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday (10:30 AM–7:30 PM) and Saturday (11:30 AM–1:30 PM).
