Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Lucknow. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide and assist prospective students through the admissions process, including providing information about university options, tuition fees, and entry requirements. Responsibilities include advising students on educational opportunities, responding to inquiries, supporting students in their application process, and collaborating with internal teams to drive enrollments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer service and addressing student needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on relationship management and achieving enrollment targets
- Familiarity with the Education field and admissions processes is highly beneficial
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in student counseling or academic admissions is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or Business Administration
