Role Description
- Provide professional counselling to students regarding study abroad programs, universities, courses, and visa processes.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Handle end-to-end admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Lead and support junior counsellors to achieve team targets.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
- Keep updated with university intakes, visa policies, and market trends.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect with students and guide them effectively
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales to address queries and promote educational services
- Background or understanding in Education, particularly with regards to international higher education and academic program guidance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, with an organized and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in admissions, education consultancy, or a related field is highly preferred
