Admissions Associate — PGDM Program Lead
Full-time · On-site · Andrahalli main road, Off Magadi Road, Bengaluru
About ABBS
Founded in 2008 under the Samagra Sikshana Samithi Trust, ABBS is a leading business school in South India, attracting applications from across the globe. We're known for future-focused learning tools and programs designed by experienced industry leaders, spanning management, commerce, life sciences, media, and communication. Our five-acre green campus in Bengaluru offers modern classrooms, well-equipped hostels, and advanced sports facilities.
About the role
You'll own admissions for our flagship PGDM program — the first person a prospective student and their family speaks to, and the one who guides them all the way to enrolment.
What you'll do:
• Lead end-to-end PGDM admissions, from first enquiry to enrolment
• Counsel students and parents in Hindi and English on programs, eligibility, fees, and campus life • Manage application documentation and maintain records in our admissions/CRM system
• Coordinate interviews, counselling sessions, and group discussions
• Represent ABBS at campus visits, open houses, and education fairs
• Track the enrolment funnel and contribute to reports and follow-ups
• Work closely with academic and administrative teams for a smooth enrolment experience
Why this role
• Ownership of a flagship program, not a support function — your work shapes each PGDM cohort
• Direct visibility with senior leadership and measurable impact on enrolment
• A workplace formally recognised for its culture
• Clear path to senior admissions, marketing, or student-relations roles
What we're looking for
• Fluency in Hindi and English, spoken and written — you'll counsel families across North and South India
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Clear, professional communication for counselling and presentations
• Comfort working to enrolment targets and tracking admissions data
• Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, communications, or related field
Nice to have:
• Prior admissions, counselling, or student services experience
• Familiarity with CRM/admissions software
• Understanding of PGDM/MBA admissions
• Additional regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam)
