Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The role involves managing the admissions process, which includes counseling prospective students, guiding them through applications, and offering tailored support. Responsibilities also include conducting one-on-one consultations, facilitating enrollment, maintaining a strong understanding of programs and services, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience. Collaboration with teams and staying updated on admissions policies are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to provide excellent support and guide students through the enrollment decisions.
- Knowledge or experience in Education counseling and advising on admissions-related matters.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple applicants and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in admissions or a related role considered an advantage.
