Role OverviewAs a Senior Admissions Counsellor / Telesales Executive, your role will involve speaking with warm leads generated through our website and digital marketing channels, understanding their requirements, counselling them, and ultimately converting them into enrolled students.
This is a pure performance-driven sales role with significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Call and counsel prospective students who inquire through digital channels
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses or bundles
- Build trust and maintain strong follow-up communication
- Handle objections confidently and close admissions
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sales tracking
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently
Daily Performance Standards- Minimum 3 hours talk time daily
- Minimum 80 unique dials per day
- Consistent follow-ups and disciplined execution
- Strong conversion-focused approach
