Role Overview
As an Admissions Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective learners through their enrollment journey. This role combines counseling, communication, and sales, ensuring a seamless and supportive admissions experience while driving enrollments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Address program-related queries and explain program offerings clearly
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Guide applicants through the enrollment and documentation process
- Drive enrollments while meeting individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records
- Candidate ProfileStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or customer service (EdTech experience preferred)
- Passion for education, learning, and career development
- Graduate in Education, Business, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
- Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
