Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admission Counselor based in Noida. The Senior Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing exceptional customer service, and advising on educational options. Additional responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, assisting in enrollment, and contributing to sales efforts. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective students and their families to support their journey into higher education.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and team members.
- Customer Service and Sales expertise to identify needs, propose solutions, and promote educational programs.
- Understanding of the Education sector and familiarity with admissions processes and policies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and uphold a high level of professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in the education industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM toolsa
