Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admission Counselor based in our Delhi, India office. The Senior Admission Counselor will provide personalized counseling to prospective students, guide them through the admission process, and assist them in identifying appropriate educational programs based on their goals and aspirations. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one sessions, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential students, delivering transparent and accurate advice, and achieving enrollment targets. The counselor will also collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless experience for students.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to build trust and effectively guide students
- Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding of clients' educational needs
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to manage inquiries and meet enrollment goals
- Knowledge of the Education sector and familiarity with a range of online education programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in counseling, education, or sales is advantageous
- Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms and CRM tools is preferred
