Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Admission Counselor, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with the flexibility of remote work. The Senior Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing program consultations, managing application evaluations, facilitating smooth enrollment, and maintaining meaningful relationships with applicants. The role involves actively participating in outreach activities and ensuring excellent candidate experience while achieving enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in providing end-to-end counseling, onboarding students, and building strong relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in educational sales, admissions, or student support services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience within higher education or upskilling platforms is a plus
