Role Overview
We are looking for an Admission Counselor who can drive student enrollments by managing leads,
building strong relationships with prospective students and parents, and ensuring a seamless
admission journey.
This role goes beyond basic counseling—it requires structured communication, follow-up
discipline, and conversion-focused thinking to contribute directly to the organization’s growth.
You will play a key role in transforming inquiries into confirmed admissions, while representing the
brand with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle and manage incoming leads from multiple channels
Qualify leads and understand student requirements and aspirations
Drive end-to-end conversion from inquiry to enrollment
Maintain strong follow-up systems to ensure no lead leakage
2. Student & Parent Counseling
Guide prospective students and parents through:
o Program details
o Career opportunities
o Admission processes
Build trust through clear, confident, and consultative communication
Address queries, concerns, and objections effectively
3. Admission Process Management
Support students throughout the complete admission lifecycle
Ensure proper documentation and process completion
Coordinate internally with relevant teams for smooth onboarding
4. CRM & Data Management
Update and track all lead interactions in the CRM system
Maintain accurate data on:
o Lead status
o Follow-ups
o Conversion stages
Ensure disciplined usage of CRM for visibility and reporting
5. Follow-Up & Engagement Systems
Build consistent follow-up strategies via:
o Calls
o Messages
o Emails
Ensure continuous engagement until conversion or closure
Re-engage inactive leads where required
6. Brand Representation & Experience
Represent Dimois as a premium education brand in all interactions
Ensure every student interaction reflects:
o Professionalism
o Clarity
o Trust and credibility
Deliver a high-quality admission experience aligned with brand standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales roles (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management
Behavioral & Performance Expectations
