Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course counselling, and convert leads into admissions. The role requires a target-oriented professional with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career options
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain enquiry database
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for admissions
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in education admissions / counselling
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Target-driven approach with proven admission conversions
