Job title: Senior Admission Counsellor /Centre Manager
Location: Jodhpur Park, Guwahati
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course counselling and convert leads into admissions manage our centre with excellence.
NOTE: Fluency in Bengali is Mandatory
· Freshers can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and mentor the tele-calling and marketing team.
· Drive student admissions through strong follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
· Convert leads into Admissions and achieve monthly admissions targets.
· Ensure achievement of daily/monthly admission targets.
· Making outbound phone calls to students and parents to promote our courses and counselling over phone.
Requirements:
· 3 - 6 years of experience in admission, counselling or sales in education sector.
· Willing to work with sales and admission targets.
· Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre.
· Target driven approach with proven admission conversion experience.
Education Qualification: Graduate
Salary – Upto 40k CTC (Based on Experience)
