Role Description
The Senior Admission Counsellor will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their enrollment journey. Responsibilities include counseling students and their families to match educational goals with suitable programs, assisting with admissions processes, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective applicants. The role requires regularly engaging with stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission experience. This is a full-time on-site position based in Kakori, with a focus on providing personalized and high-quality student support services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in counseling, student relationship management, and guiding applicants through admissions procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently handle queries and admissions tasks.
- Knowledge of education systems, academic programs, and career counseling, preferably within higher education or edtech space.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or similar roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
