Role Description
The Senior Admission Counsellor will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process at Masters' Union. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students via various communication channels, providing program information, addressing inquiries, and assisting with applications. The individual will also drive student enrollment by building relationships and conducting follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish meaningful connections with prospective students
- Customer Service expertise to provide guidance and address inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Proficient in Sales techniques for driving student enrollments and achieving outcomes
- Background or experience in Education sector-related roles is highly preferred
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a student-focused approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
