Role Summary:
The senior admission counsellor will be responsible to lead the team and manage the student admissions process end-to-end, ensuring high conversion rates, strong parent engagement, and adherence to school policies while maintaining the institution’s brand image.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Admission Management
- Handle complete admission lifecycle – enquiry to enrolment
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding curriculum, facilities, and school philosophy
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of admission leads
2. Parent Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents
- Conduct school tours and orientation sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance conversion
3. Team Supervision
- Guide and mentor admission counsellors / front office executives
- Allocate leads and monitor team performance
- Train team members on communication and counselling techniques
4. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate admission records, MIS, and dashboards
- Track conversion ratios, enquiry sources, and trends
- Share regular reports with leadership
5. Strategy & Outreach
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, events, and open houses
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation initiatives
- Suggest improvements based on market trends and competitor analysis
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all admission processes are aligned with school policies and regulatory norms
- Verify documentation and maintain audit-ready records

Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Education, Management, or related field)
- 5-8 years of experience in school admissions / counselling
- Prior experience in a senior or team handling role preferred
