Role Description
The Senior Adhesive & Coatings Chemist (R&D) will be responsible for leading research and development efforts to design, formulate, and enhance high-performance adhesives and coatings. Daily tasks will include conducting laboratory experiments, developing new products, analyzing materials, ensuring quality control, and testing product performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Malappuram.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including formulation, testing, and experiment analysis
- Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills for advanced material evaluation and performance assessment
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D), including developing innovative adhesive and coating solutions
- Experience in conducting systematic Research and documentation
- Bachelor’s or Master's in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years experience in the same field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry standards and experience with technical documentation
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills
