Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive located in the Mohali. The Senior Accounts Receivable Executive will oversee and manage accounts receivable processes, including payment collections, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. The individual in this role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing billing reports, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the optimization of revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, payment collections, and financial reconciliations
• Proficiency in financial reporting, record-keeping, and data accuracy
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address client discrepancies and inquiries
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports
• Experience with revenue cycle management, accounting software, and financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management is an advantage
