Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee end-to-end accounting: invoice processing for freight services, vendor payments to shipping lines/transporters/CHA agents, book keeping and bank reconciliations.
2.Manage GST/TDS filings, income tax returns, audit, and ensure books maintained with proper compliance.
3.Prepare financial reports, MIS, Budget and ensure all the task are completed in a timely manner.
4.Monitor and manage cash flow, receivables and payables, indirect expenses and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 + years experience in accounting -Proficiency in Tally, or any ERP systems; strong Excel for reporting.
- Team Leadership, Time management, multitasking in fast-paced, volume-driven environment.
- Cost optimization; communication for vendor/client dealings if required.
