Experience: Qualified CA / CFA with 10-15 years of relevant experience
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficient financial planning and control. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure accurate accounting in Tally ERP
- Manage GST & TDS compliance, including timely filing of returns
- Monitor budgets and analyze variance reports
- Ensure adherence to taxation laws and government regulations
- Oversee cash flow management and optimize fund utilization
- Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit processes
- Maintain financial discipline and internal controls
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA / CFA with 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
