Hiring Senior Accountant

Role Description The Senior Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and tracking payments related to fleet services and vehicle attachment programs. The Senior Accounts Executive will prepare financial statements, maintain accurate ledgers, support budgeting and cost analysis for fleet operations, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves coordinating with internal operations, vendors, and vehicle owners, resolving account-related queries, and providing regular financial reports to management. The Senior Accounts Executive will also support audits, implement process improvements, and help maintain strong financial controls.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in core accounting and finance, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Proficiency with accounting software (such as Tally or similar), MS Excel, and basic financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations, along with experience supporting audits and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze costs, prepare budgets, and generate clear, accurate financial reports for management.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills in a high-volume transactional environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with operations teams, vendors, and vehicle owners.
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
