Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Andheri East (Mahakali Caves Road), Mumbai office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and month-end closing activities. The role also involves handling GST and TDS compliance, foreign remittances, payroll support, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while continuously improving financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, startup, or technology-enabled services industry is preferred.
