🔹 Role: Senior Accounts Executive
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong accounting and taxation knowledge, preferably from the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions and financial records in Tally
- GST return preparation
- Handling TDS calculations
- Manage PF, payroll integration.
- Vendor & customer reconciliation, follow-ups, and ledger maintenance
- Coordination with banks, auditors, and internal departments
- Maintain professional mail communication with international agents
🧑💼 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce and 7+ years of experience in accounting & finance
- Strong English communication skills required for client and agent coordination
- Mandatory experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF.
- Tally proficiency
- GST Experience preferred
- Excellent reporting & communication skills
