Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Senior Accounts Executive. The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing company accounts, maintaining financial records, reporting, and analysis. The role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and assisting in audits. Additionally, the role includes communicating with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with compliance and audit processes
- Relevant experience in the logistics, transportation, or trucking industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CA/CPA is a plus
