Senior Accounts Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, GST, TDS, compliance, and team management. If you are passionate about financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations, including timely filings and documentation.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Audit & Reconciliation
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits, internal audits, and other financial reviews.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Process Improvement
- Improve and streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
