We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The role will primarily focus on daily reconciliations, accounting entries, invoice processing and coordination with internal teams for timely resolution of reconciliation differences and open items.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily sales, ledger and bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies and ensure timely closure of open items.
- Process sales and purchase invoices, sales invoice preparation, bank entries and other day-to-day accounting entries accurately and on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Treasury, Procurement and other departments for resolution of reconciliation differences and outstanding items.
- Assist in month-end closing, preparation of accounting schedules, MIS and audit-related requirements.
- Handle other accounting and finance activities as assigned by the Finance team.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and transaction reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software will be an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, reconciliation or finance operations.
- Candidates with experience in high-volume transaction accounting and reconciliation will be preferred.
