Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive – Banking & Treasury
Location: Navi Mumbai
Department: Finance & Accounts
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive – Banking & Treasury to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to banking operations, cash flow management, treasury activities, and financial controls in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Operations- Manage daily banking transactions including payments, receipts, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations
- Handle multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions efficiently
- Maintain strong coordination with banking partners for documentation, compliance, and operational support
- Monitor bank balances and ensure optimal fund utilization
- Strong practical understanding of how banking operations and treasury processes work
Cash Flow & Treasury Management- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts
- Share daily cash updates and identify transfer/funding requirements proactively
- Optimize working capital and liquidity management
- Execute fund planning, inter-account transfers, and investment tracking
- Monitor borrowing limits, interest costs, and repayment schedules
Financial Instruments & Compliance- Good knowledge of financial instruments such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), bank investments, and treasury-related products
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, payroll, statutory dues, and loan repayments
- Maintain treasury-related compliance, documentation, and audit records
- Coordinate with auditors and banks for required documentation and reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
Financial Reporting & Coordination- Prepare MIS reports related to cash flow, bank positions, and treasury performance
- Track variances in cash flow projections and support budgeting activities
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payment planning and approvals
Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA preferred
Experience
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury, or finance functions
- Corporate treasury experience preferred
Skills
- Strong understanding of banking operations and treasury management
- Excellent knowledge of cash flow management and fund planning
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
