Senior Analyst- Accounting and FP&A
Location: Baner, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: (5 days WFO)
Notice Period: Immediate - 20 days Joiner
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Accounting and FP&A team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and management reporting for multi-entity or international clients. This role demands strong ownership, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage deliverables while reviewing the work of junior team members.
Qualifications
- B.Com + CA/CMA Inter (Mandatory)
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, MIS, or FP&A (Mandatory)
- Experience working in client-based / international multi-entity environments (Strongly preferred)
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in ZOHO Books, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Sage or any similar accounting software
- Strong understanding and experience of month-end and year-end closing activities
- Advanced knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, and revenue recognition
- Strong command of Excel for financial analysis, pivot tables, and MIS modelling
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Exposure to US / UK / international GAAP
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial commentary
- Knowledge of payroll review, indirect tax workings, and statutory schedules
- Ability to train and guide junior team members
