ABOUT THE Senior Accountant - US GAAP ROLE
WIN is a leading proptech company, and we’re expanding our finance team! We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle accounting. In this role, you’ll handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits - going beyond just AP/AR. If you're passionate about accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Perform account reconciliations and journal entries to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead and support year-end audit processes, working closely with auditors and tax professionals
- Identify process improvements and contribute to financial strategy
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- CPA - Preferred
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of recent experience in US accounting (post-article ship)
- Strong experience with US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in handling year-end audits independently
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
