Job Title: Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to manage the end-to-end finance and accounting function for our growing wellness company. This role requires a high level of ownership, maturity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will ensure financial discipline, statutory compliance, smooth vendor and bank coordination, and timely reporting to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and finalisation
- Handle daily reconciliations of bank accounts, payment gateways, and cash transactions
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow statements, and monthly MIS reports
- Process and track vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage vendor, bank, and service provider relationships, including follow-ups and coordination
- Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and support audits and assessments
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and consultants as required
- Maintain proper documentation, schedules, and compliance calendars
- Support management with financial insights, cost control, and process improvements
Required Skills & Competencies- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with a calm and professional approach
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Sound understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance frameworks
- Accounting Software Tally, Spreadsheets, Calendar and more
Technical Skills- Proficiency in Tally
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Comfortable using calendars, reminders, and task-tracking tools to manage deadlines
- Experience with accounting software, banking portals, and compliance platforms
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / equivalent qualification preferred
- Prior experience in wellness, FMCG, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus
- Experience in managing finances for a growing or scaling company
