Role Summary:
TechRyde is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in corporate finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes, expertise in QuickBooks, and in-depth knowledge of GST and TDS compliance. Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Also, manage and support US accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards and coordinating with international stakeholders
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and end-to-end bookkeeping
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS compliance
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for compliance and reporting
• Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and support management in decision making
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal financial controls
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in accounting operations
Required Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate/MNC environment
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Good command of written and spoken English
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus)
