Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Taxation Executive with strong experience in finalization of accounts, GST compliance, and TDS management. The candidate must be capable of independently closing books, filing returns, and delivering clean, accurate financials for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finalization
- Complete and close books of accounts for multiple clients on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Finalize accounts in Tally including ledger scrutiny, trial balance, and P&L/Balance Sheet
- Prepare month-end and year-end accounting reports for client review
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor/debtor accounts, and ensure clean books before closure
- Coordinate with clients for pending data, vouchers, and clarifications
GST Compliance
- File monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Handle annual GST return filing (GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C)
- Perform GST input credit reconciliation (2A/2B matching)
- Assist in GST audit and respond to GST notices and queries
TDS Compliance
- File quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)
- Handle TDS rectification, corrections, and revised returns
- Reconcile TDS data with Form 26AS and AIS
- Resolve TDS defaults, demands, and notices
Audit Support
- Assist in statutory and tax audits as required
- Provide finalized books and schedules to auditors

Key Skills
- Strong command over Tally ERP/Prime for finalization and reporting
- Thorough knowledge of GST laws, return filing, and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with TDS return filing and rectification on TRACES/Genius
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliation and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Accuracy, ownership, and proactive follow-up mindset

Who Should Apply
