Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant role based in Delhi, India. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, overseeing tax compliance, preparing financial statements, performing audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting regulations and internal controls. The role also involves managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling accounts, and providing support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
- Experience in tax compliance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
