Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in New Delhi. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, preparing budgets, reconciling accounts, overseeing audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Other duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, and providing data analysis for decision-making. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with the finance team and contribute to the firm's financial planning and strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and reconciling accounts
- Knowledge of tax regulations, audit processes, and compliance with accounting standards
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable and expense management
- Strong skills in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are a plus
- Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is advantageous
