Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saraswati Vihar for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, and tax compliance. Additional duties will involve managing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes. The role also includes preparing financial statements and reports and providing strategic financial planning and management support to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with budgeting, reconciliation, and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency in tax compliance and knowledge of local financial regulations and statutory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and tools, including MS Excel
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to work on-site and ensure timely project deliverables
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CA/CPA certification preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in professional training or skill-building sectors, is a plus
