Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role at our Rajkot location. The Senior Accountant will manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, overseeing tax compliance, preparing reports, and assisting in audits. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and familiarity with ERP systems
- Knowledge of Taxation Laws, Compliance Management, and Regulatory Requirements
- Exceptional Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, and Attention to Detail
- Good Communication and Organizational Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or export-oriented industries (advantageous)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
