📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
Experience: 2–3 years
Task2Serve is hiring a smart, proactive and dependable Senior Accounts Executive for an on-site position in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial operations of four branches across Hyderabad. The role requires strong ownership, quick execution and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple branch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for all branches.
- Record and review daily sales, cash, card, UPI and bank transactions.
- Manage cash flow, collections, expenses and branch-wise fund requirements.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations.
- Handle GST workings and coordinate timely return filing.
- Manage vendor bills, payments, outstanding balances and payment schedules.
- Track branch-wise receivables, payables and inter-branch transactions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Provide branch-wise revenue, expense and profitability reports.
- Monitor petty cash and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs, employee advances and statutory payment coordination.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, unusual expenses and cash-flow concerns.
- Coordinate with branch managers for timely submission of sales and expense details.
- Visit other branches across Hyderabad whenever required for verification, coordination or financial review.
- Support month-end closing, audits and financial documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, reconciliations and cash-flow management.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches within Hyderabad when required.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Experience in retail, salon, hospitality or multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
