Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include preparing monthly management reports, assisting with external audits, managing cash flow and budgets, and liaising with external stakeholders. You will also support project-specific financial management and ensure seamless operation of the finance department.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing, and Management Reporting
- Expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management
- Proficiency in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and liaising with auditors and external advisors
- Ability to manage project-specific financial tasks and deliver hands-on support for finance teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred)
- Proven experience in a financial leadership or senior accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting and financial software tools
