Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru facility. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and preparing accurate tax filings and audits. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that support organizational goals while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes
- Proficiency in budget management, financial planning, and cost analysis
- Experience with tax preparation, compliance, and regulatory filings
- Proficient in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or other ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management
- Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is a strong advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
