Job Title: Senior Accountant
A. Scope of Work /B. Competence Requirements
A. Scope of Work:
- Perform day-to-day accounting and other job duties assigned by the supervisor for the assigned clients.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions.
- Regular communication with internal team/client through email.
- Perform necessary month end reconciliations, preparation of necessary schedules and managing documentation as per the standard practices.
- Timely and accurately completion of assigned task on daily basis within standard TATs (turnaround times).
- Understanding business requirement of client and update/create the SOP document as and when required.
- Perform duties as per defined KRAs.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
B. Competence Requirements
- Minimum 3 Year accounting experience is required.
- Should be ok with the night shift.
- Candidate with QBO experience is preferred and ability to learn the new software and processes quickly.
- Eligibility: Graduate in Commerce / Post-Graduate in commerce or equivalent professional qualification.
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and Outlook.
- Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Communication.
- Attention to detail.
