Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization. The role involves financial reporting, statutory compliance, account finalization, cash flow management, inventory accounting, cost control, and financial process improvement. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting
- Manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle account finalization and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Cash Flow & Financial Controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and banking transactions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial efficiency.
Inventory Accounting & Costing
- Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, and valuation.
- Monitor manufacturing costing and product-wise profitability.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory records and controls.
Marketplace & Commercial Accounting
- Handle accounting and reconciliation for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor deductions, claims, settlements, and payment reconciliations.
Process Improvement & Team Management
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and SOP implementation.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team.
- Ensure timely closure of accounting activities and adherence to financial processes.
Requirements Education
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG industries.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and account finalization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Experience in inventory accounting, costing, and audit coordination.
- Good understanding of financial controls, compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete Finance function.
