Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Gurgaon. The Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting reconciliations. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, handling tax filings, and analyzing financial data to assist in strategic decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional departments and mentorship of team members are also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Management
- Experience with Tax Reporting, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP Systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred
