Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant at Royal Acquisition. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial management activities including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, creating financial reports, and supporting audits. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis
- Experience using accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and prepare financial statements
- Understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role or financial management position
