Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in Pune City. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This person will also collaborate closely with other teams to provide financial insights, streamline processes, and support business decisions through accurate financial data.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, and Financial Planning
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance Regulations
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Excel
- Analytical skills with experience in Budget Management and Forecasting
- Detail-oriented with expertise in Auditing and Internal Controls
- Team collaboration and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
