Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee end-to-end financial operations, prepare financial statements, handle tax planning and compliance, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. The role includes preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, streamlining financial processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure regulatory compliance and the financial health of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and budgeting.
- Proven experience in audit processes, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial management.
